Solase

Nuwacell^® Solase（RP01021）is a mild single-cell digestion medium that contains protease and collagenase activities, which can increase cell survival and adhesion efficiency. The digested cells can maintain original surface antigens. Solase can replace pancreatin and Accutase for the digestion of various types of tissues and cells, without any mammalian and bacterial ingredients, thus can be directly used in cell culture related experiments.
