hPSC-MSC Differentiation Kit

Nuwacell® hPSC-derived Mesenchymal Stem Cell (MSC) Differentiation Kit, originally developed by Nuwacell Biotechnology CO., Ltd (Anhui, P.R. China), is suitable for the highly effective differentiation of human pluripotent stem cells (hPSC) into MSC. The derivation of hPSC-MSC can proliferate stably with normal karyotype, express specific cell surface markers (CD73+/ CD90+/ CD105+, CD14-/ CD34-/ CD45-/ CD79α-/ HLA-DR-), and harbour three-germ line lineages differentiation potential (osteogenesis, cartilage, and adipose differentiation). Therefore, Nuwacell® hPSC-MSC Differentiation Kit can be applied in various in vitro experiments, drug screening and safety evaluation, as well as cell transplantation in disease animal model.
