Nuwacell® hiPSC(Male / Female)(RC01001)is reprogrammed from healthy human somatic cells using non-integrative reprogramming vectors. hiPSC can proliferate stably and rapidly for a long time in the Nuwacell hPSC culture system. More importantly, the cultured hiPSC displayed a typical human embryonic stem cells (hESCs)-like morphology, expressed hESCs pluripotency markers, maintained a normal karyotype, and had capacity to form three germ layers in vitro and in vivo, thus can be used in various stem cell related research and application.
