Nuwacell® iMSC-Luc-GFP(RC02011), originally developed by Nuwacell Biotechnologies Co., Ltd. were generated from the hiPSC-Luc-GFP (RC01010). iMSC-Luc-GFP can efficiently express Luciferase and GFP, proliferate stably, have normal karyotypes, harbour specific cell surface factors (CD73+ / CD90+ / CD105+, CD14- / CD34- / CD45- / CD79α- / HLA-DR-), and maintain the three-germ line lineages differentiation potential. iMSC-Luc-GFP can be applied in various in vitro experiments, drug screening and safety evaluation, as well as cell transplantation in disease animal model.

The morphorlogy of iMSC-Luc-GFP cultured at day 1 to day 3 after passaging (P4) in ncMission hMSC Medium.

Cells were plated into a T25 culture flask at a density of 8,000 cells/cm2. Scale bar, 200 μm.
