Nuwacell® Human uc-MSC
The morphorlogy of hMSC cultured at day 3 after passaging (at passage 3, 4, and 5) in ncMission hMSC Medium.
Cells were plated into a T25 culture flask at a density of 6,000 cells/cm2. Scale bar, 200 μm.

Karyotype analysis of primary hMSC (P5) was performed on G-banded metaphase chromosomes.
The result shows a normal 46, XY. At least 5 metaphases were examined with approximate resolution of 400 bands per haploid genome.
