Cell morphology

 

The morphorlogy of hMSC cultured at day 3 after passaging (at passage 3, 4, and 5) in ncMission hMSC Medium.

Cells were plated into a T25 culture flask at a density of 6,000 cells/cm2. Scale bar, 200 μm.

 

Cell surface markers

 

Representative flow cytometry analysis of cell surface markers (CD73+ / CD90+ / CD105+, CD14- / CD34- / CD45- / CD79α- / HLA-DR-), in hMSC at passage 5.

Differentiation potential

Karyotype

 

Karyotype analysis of primary hMSC (P5) was performed on G-banded metaphase chromosomes.

The result shows a normal 46, XY. At least 5 metaphases were examined with approximate resolution of 400 bands per haploid genome.
