Nuwacell® hPSC Dissociation Buffer(RP01007), originally developed by Nuwacell Biotechnologies Co., Ltd. contains 0.5 mM EDTA and is filtered that can be directly used for the digestion of human pluripotent stem cells (hPSC). In general, most hPSC can be digested in about 8 minutes at 37°C.
