hPSC Nucleofection Buffer

Nuwacell® hPSC Nucleofection Buffer(RP01005),originally developed by Nuwacell Biotechnologies Co., Ltd. is a a high-efficiency medium specially developed for electrotransfection of human pluripotent stem cells (iPSC, ESC) cultured under various undifferentiated conditions. This system can achieve stable and effective transfection, high cell survival rate, and low side-effect on downstream experiments.

1、Transfection of hiPSC

 

Example of hPSC Nucleofection Buffer transfection of hiPSC:

Electroporation 2μg of pPBmPNEE plasmid (~6.5kb) expressing EGFP into hiPSC, and detection EGFP-positive cells at 24 hours after transfection using flow cytometry.

(A) Negative control with no plasmid added during electroporation. (B) pPBmPNEE plasmid added during electroporation. The transfection efficiency can reach 85.43%.

The cell morphology of the Nuwacell® hiPSC-Luc-GFP cell line prepared by electroporation with hiPSC/hESC electroporation solution.
