Nuwacell® ncMission hMSC Medium（RP02010）, originally developed by Nuwacell Biotechnologies Co., Ltd. is a serum-freeand animal component-free formulation designed for the maintenance of human mesenchymal stem cells (hMSCs). ncMission hMSC Medium provides full support for the long-term growth of hMSCs while maintaining the expression of MSC-specific surface markers (CD73+ / CD90 + / CD105+, CD14- /CD34- / CD45- / CD79a- / HLA-DR-) and trilineage differentiation potential.
According to the third-party inspection company, ncMission hMSC medium is free of bacteria, fungi, and mycoplasma, and the endotoxin content is less than 0.5 EU/mL.
