

Nuwacell® hPSC-RPE Differentiation Kit(RP01016), originally developed by Nuwacell Biotechnologies Co., Ltd. is suitable for the differentiation of human pluripotent stem cells (hPSC) into RPE cells. This product includes RPE cells differentiation medium, RPE cells purification working solution, and RPE cells cryopreservation protection solution. High purity RPE (>95% MiTF+/ZO-1+) can be obtained using a hPSC-RPE Differentiation Kit, thus can be used in related in vitro experiments, drug screening and safety evaluation, and cell transplantation experiments in disease animal models.
