Nuwacell® hPSC-Nephron Differentiation Kit(RP01015), originally developed by Nuwacell Biotechnologies Co., Ltd. is suitable for the differentiation of human pluripotent stem cells (hPSC) into Kidney Organoid, which have a nephron-like structure after maturation. These differentiated nephron-like organoids efficiently express specific markers (e.g., CDH1, LTL, PODXL, etc.), thus are suitable for various in vitro experiments, drug screening and safety evaluation, and cell transplantation experiments in disease animal models.
