Nuwacell® hiPSC-Motor Neuron Progenitor(RC01009), originally developed by Nuwacell Biotechnologies Co., Ltd. are motor neuron precursor cells generated from human induced pluripotent stem cells (hiPSC), and can be differentiated into mature motor neuron (mMN). The differentiated mMN can express motor neuron-specific markers (e.g., ChAT, MAP2, Synapyophysin, etc.), and have the characteristic electrophysiological activity. These differentiated motor neurons are suitable for in vitro studies and cell transplantation studies in disease animal models.
- ✔ hiPSC differentiated to MNP on day 8.
- ✔ Can differentiated to mMN.
- ✔ Cell recovery efficiency≥80%.
