Nuwacell® hiPSC-MSC（RC01005）, originally developed by Nuwacell Biotechnologies Co., Ltd. can proliferate stably, have normal karyotypes, express specific cell surface factors (CD73+ / CD90+ / CD105+, CD14-/ CD34- / CD45- / CD79α- / HLA-DR-), and maintain the three-germ line lineages differentiation potential. Nuwacell® hiPSC-MSC can be applied in various in vitro experiments, drug screening and safety evaluation, as well as cell transplantation in disease animal model.

Karyotype analysis of primary Nuwacell® hiPSC-MSC (P5) was performed on G-banded metaphase chromosomes.
The result shows a normal 46, XX. At least 5 metaphases were examined with approximate resolution of 400 bands per haploid genome.
