Nuwacell® hPSC-NPC（RC01006）, originally developed by Nuwacell Biotechnologies Co., Ltd. are generated from human induced pluripotent stem cells (hiPSC), and can be differentiated into nephron-like structure after maturation. These differentiated nephron-like organoids efficiently express specific markers (e.g., CDH1, LTL, PODXL, etc.), thus are suitable for various in vitro experiments, drug screening and safety evaluation, and cell transplantation experiments in disease animal models.
